Fruit in Marshmallow Cream
A great, quick dessert with an extraordinary flavor! How I love layered desserts — especially with a layer of cream. This time the cream layer is a previously made cream of white vanilla marshmallow. The one thing is, besides the strawberries and kiwi I'd meant to add chunks of fresh pineapple, and... completely forgot about it. So I'll have to use it in another dish.
Cooking method
-
Step 1:
Get the ingredients ready.
-
Step 2:
Cut the marshmallow into small pieces.
-
Step 3:
Put the marshmallow in a blender and pour in the cream.
-
Step 4:
Blend everything until smooth. You need to blend long enough for the marshmallow to break down completely.
-
Step 5:
Hull the strawberries and peel the kiwi. Cut everything into medium pieces.
-
Step 6:
Arrange the strawberries in a single layer in the bottom of dessert glasses.
-
Step 7:
Pour over the marshmallow cream so it completely covers the berries.
-
Step 8:
Arrange the sliced kiwi on top.
-
Step 9:
Pour over the remaining cream.
- Before serving, sprinkle the dessert with grated chocolate.
