Fruit and Vegetable Salad with an Unusual Poppy Seed Dressing

Fruit and vegetable salad with an unusual poppy seed dressing. If you like, you can add a celery stalk to the salad — it adds a fresh note. The dressing in this salad is just wonderful; I'd never tried anything like it. Both the vinegar and the honey can be added to taste.
