Step 1:

In a saucepan with a thick bottom, melt butter, fry onions, carrots. Add the mushrooms, stir and fry for 5-7 minutes.
Step 7:
Pour the ready broth into the vegetables and mushrooms, add the potatoes and cook until it is ready on slow heat. Cut the meat from the broth and add it to the almost ready soup. Grate the processed cheeses / pre-hold in the freezer for 10 minutes / and add them to the soup, stirring constantly, so that they simply dissolve. Turn off the stove. Add pepper and herbs to the soup, let it stand.
Step 8:
Prepare garlic croutons /optional / : Fry a loaf or baguette with a very small amount of vegetable oil. Soak a clove of garlic in salt and rub the toast on both sides. And that's it - you can start a delicious meal. Bon appetit !
