Cooking method

1. Boil the rice as indicated in the instructions on the package, then salt and season with sugar and rice vinegar.
2. Mix soy sauce, smoked capelin caviar and half of the mass of the whole cheese.
3. Salmon and cucumber are cut into cubes.
4. We distribute the rice on a sheet of nori, spread the fish, cucumber slices and soft cheese, roll it up with a mat into an elastic roll, which we cut into portions with a sharp knife, divide into 6-8 pieces.
5. We put baking paper on a baking sheet and lay out the pieces of the roll on it. On top of each piece we spread a teaspoon of caviar sauce, a little soft cheese, sprinkle with sesame seeds and send it to a preheated 180 degree oven for five minutes. Rolls should be consumed immediately in hot form.
