Cooking method
1. Boil a large amount of water for pasta, salt the water to taste.
2. While the water is boiling, in a deep, wide frying pan, saute the onion in olive oil for 5 minutes on a sufficiently high heat. Then add diced chard cuttings to the onion, cook under the lid until soft.
3. Put the pasta in boiling water and cook them according to the instructions on the package. Put the finished pasta in a colander, leaving 100 ml of the water in which they were cooked.
4. Add chopped chard leaves to the onion and cuttings in the pan and cook under the lid, stirring occasionally.
5. A few minutes before cooking, add chopped garlic, herbs, lightly ground with salt and pepper, and cook for a minute.
6. Make the fire medium, add white wine to the vegetables. Stir and cook for a minute.
7. Then add the pasta water, stir and cook for another 2 minutes.
8. After that, add the butter to the pan and mix everything until the butter dissolves.
9. Remove the dressing from the heat and add the grated parmesan to the pasta. Mix everything together.
10.Serve immediately and serve to the table. The dish is suitable both as a side dish and as an independent one.
