Cooking method
1. Wash the prunes, pour boiling water for 10 minutes, drain the water, dry the prunes and cut into cubes.
2. Wash the avocado, dry, peel, remove the stone, cut into cubes.
3. Boil eggs until tender, cool, peel and cut into cubes or straws.
4. Wash cucumbers, dry, cut into cubes.
5. Chop the pistachios (leave some chopped pistachios for decoration).
Remove the skin from the smoked chicken, separate the meat from the bones, cut the chicken fillet into cubes.
Wash the parsley, dry it, chop it finely (leave a few leaves for decoration).
In a salad bowl, mix prunes, chicken, pistachios, parsley, eggs, cucumbers, avocado, add mayonnaise, mix the salad well again, decorate with chopped pistachios and parsley leaves.
