Cooking method
1. Pour water into a saucepan and bring to a boil. Peel the potatoes, cut them into cubes, and throw them into boiling water.
2. Cut the sausages into slices. Fry in vegetable oil. Then transfer the fried sausage slices to a saucepan with potatoes.
3. Grate the carrots. Cut the onion into medium-sized cubes. Put it in a frying pan with vegetable oil. Fry the onion and carrot for 10 minutes. Then add tomato paste to the vegetables. Simmer together with tomato paste for 5-10 minutes.
4. Cut the gherkins, olives into circles. Lemon slices into quarters.
5. Add fried onions and carrots, sliced cucumbers, olives, lemon slices to a saucepan with sausages and potatoes. Cook everything together for 10-15 minutes.
Tip: try the resulting soup with salt. As a rule, it is not necessary to salt.The resulting soup can be decorated with herbs or add sour cream, mayonnaise to taste.
