Mix all the ingredients and knead the dough. Soak for 20 minutes in a bowl under a lid, then mash for another 5 minutes. The dough is ready!
From the resulting amount of dough, and 400 gr. minced meat, I get 90 dumplings. The dough is very tender, so you need to cook such dumplings for no more than 7 minutes.
