Heat the olive oil over moderate heat, then chop the onion and fry for 5 minutes.
Add green peas, stir, cook for 2 minutes.
Pour in water, put salt and sugar, cook for 10-15 minutes.
Put the mass in a blender, add mint and pepper there, puree. Or you can skip through a sieve (the cooking time will increase to 20 minutes so that the peas are softer), pick mint with your hands into pieces. Our delicious soup is ready!
