Step-by-step cooking
For a traditional dish of Georgian cuisine called kharcho soup, a cooking recipe that uses beef tenderloin. Someone claims that such soup is made from mutton in Georgia, but this is not entirely true. Beef and pork are eaten there more often.
How to cook soup-kharcho, about this in order. Meat for soup-kharcho should be cut into small portions. Immediately you need to fill them with water (three liters is enough) and put them to cook until ready. When the meat is cooked, cover the rice washed with water. Cook until the rice is half cooked. Kharcho soup is a recipe from mutton, in the traditional form, but you can also use other meat.
Chop the onion and fry it in vegetable oil. Put it in the soup-kharcho. Immediately put the chopped walnuts (I don't always put nuts). Pour in satsebeli sauce or tkemali sauce. If there is neither, replace with regular tomato paste (2 spoons is enough).
Squeeze out the garlic, mix. Pour in all the dry spices, add pepper (adjiki can also be put). Leave to cook on low heat for about six minutes. Rate the kharcho soup recipe with photos also by the photo stages of cooking.
Put fresh chopped greens on a plate before serving. Now you know how to cook kharcho soup.
