Cooking method
1. Wash and grate the apples.
2. Peel the tomatoes, scalding them with boiling water.
3. Put tomatoes, grated apples in a blender bowl, pour olive oil, add salt.
4. Whisk everything together into a homogeneous mass.
5. Pour the resulting juice into glasses, put a spoonful of sour cream and fresh chopped greens in each.
