Then peel the vegetable and cut into cubes. In a frying pan with heated olive oil, fry the pumpkin cubes for 10 minutes. Next, add chopped garlic cloves, rosemary leaves, tomato puree or finely chopped fresh tomatoes without skin. Bring the contents of the pan to a boil and simmer for a few minutes. At the end of cooking, we knead the pumpkin with a pusher so that very small pieces remain. In a saucepan with boiling water or broth, spread the contents of the pan, sprinkle with salt and black pepper and bring to a boil. Pour the soup on plates, garnished with herbs.
