I suggest you use my cooking recipe and cook a very delicious salad with prunes. This food is not only delicious, but also very healthy and nutritious. After all, everyone has long known the beneficial properties of prunes. Try this salad and you won't regret it.
First we'll soak the prunes. To do this, pour boiling water over it and let it stand until it softens, but do not overdo it.
Take a chicken or half a chicken weighing about 400-500 grams and cook until cooked.
Chop the mushrooms and onions and put them in a frying pan with hot vegetable oil to fry. We'll put four or five prunes aside for now, we'll need them to decorate the salad. And the rest, cut and put in a salad bowl. Pour a little mayonnaise on top.
Now let's process the chicken. Separate the meat from the bones and cut it into thin slices. Put the chicken in a salad bowl on top of the mayonnaise.
The next layer will be mushrooms with onions. Pour mayonnaise again. Then a layer with boiled eggs that need to be crushed. On top again – mayonnaise.
Now decorate the salad with slices of prunes and fresh cucumber. You can additionally decorate with a variety of greenery.
