First boil the chicken breast fillet, cool and cut into medium cubes. The celery root is washed, cleaned and cut into strips. In the same way, we cut the pickle. Champignons are thoroughly washed and cleaned, then we cook them until they are ready, let them cool and cut into slices. The next step is to prepare a salad sauce. To do this, using a blender, whisk natural yogurt with mustard and lemon juice. Combine all the salad ingredients, salt, pepper and season with sauce. We spread the celery root salad with mushrooms and chicken on a platter with a slide, decorated with green onion feathers on top. Bon appetit!
