Cooking method
One of the recipes for cooking fur coats, but with chicken and canned mushrooms. In some recipes, champignons are sprinkled with chopped walnuts. This refers to the individual characteristics of cooking. I know that not everyone likes nuts, so we will stick to the original version.
If someone hasn't tried it yet, you definitely need to try the Chicken under a fur Coat salad - and, I think, it will take its rightful place at the festive table.
Cook chicken, vegetables and eggs separately.
Canned mushrooms fry with onions.
Finely chop the chicken.
Grate the vegetables separately.
Finely chop the eggs.
Lay out in layers, each smearing with mayonnaise:
carrots,
eggs,
potatoes,
mushrooms with onions,
chicken,
carrots,
eggs,
potatoes (do not smear the last layer with mayonnaise).
That is, mushrooms and chicken turned out in the middle.
We decorate it all. For example, we apply strips of mayonnaise, lay out the halves of pitted olives, corn, sprigs of parsley. Let the salad soak.
