Step-by-step cooking
Onions and bell peppers cut into small cubes, chop garlic. Cut the leeks and green onions into circles. Now we send all this to a frying pan with vegetable oil, first fry, then stew in a small amount of broth. Then transfer everything to a saucepan, add more broth and cook over very low heat until the leeks are soft. We dilute melted cheese in hot broth (it is best to take one where there are greens) and add it to the soup in a thin stream, stirring constantly. Sour cream is also added, along with ground black pepper and salt. Our food is sent to the table in serving plates with herbs sprinkled on top and toasted croutons.
