Italian Salad Dressing
Make a really tasty, refined dressing for all kinds of salads! In my view, it's the perfect dressing for completely different salads — green ones, bean salads, you name it. It even works beautifully as a marinade for chicken and meat. This dressing is far tastier and healthier than mayonnaise; I use only this and similar versions. And making it couldn't be easier. All in all, I recommend it!

Close the jar with a lid and shake everything well. The salad dressing is ready! This dressing keeps in the refrigerator for up to two weeks. As it sits, the oil separates from the water, so bring it to room temperature before using. Here's to delicious salads!
