Dumpling dough in kefir soup

Cooking method
1. Mix the eggs with salt and kefir.
2. Mix half of the flour into the liquid mixture.
3. Sprinkle the mixture with baking soda and mix.
4. Add the rest of the flour and knead the dough (do not forget to sift the flour).
5. When the soup is almost ready, put the dough into the soup with a teaspoon and wait until the dumplings pop up. Boil for 2 minutes, turn off and let the soup brew.

PS If you like not too lush dumplings, mix a little more flour, soak the dough in a bag for half an hour, and then roll the dough into a sausage and cut with a knife (like lazy dumplings or gnocchi).
