1. Peel and cut the banana into circles, put it in a deep dish.
2. Peel the walnuts, break into halves or cut into smaller pieces. Add them to the banana.
3. Put the sprouted oats.
4. Add chia seeds, ground flax seeds.
5. Pour maple syrup and molasses over everything.
6. If desired, you can add a little salt.
