- Peel the banana and slice it into rounds, then put it in a deep bowl. 2. Shell the walnuts and break them into halves or cut them into smaller pieces. Add them to the banana. 3. Add the sprouted oats. 4. Add the chia seeds and ground flax seeds. 5. Drizzle everything with maple syrup and molasses. 6. If you like, add a little salt. Enjoy!
