Step 1:
Mix cottage cheese, kefir, sour cream, honey, banana and beat everything well with a blender.
Step 2:
You should get a smooth shiny mass without grains and lumps.
Step 3:
Prepare 7-9 plastic cups (depending on their volume). Fill them with curd mass.
Step 4:
Cover each cup with foil and secure at the edges. Additionally, pack each cup in a cellophane bag (for reliability, so that the foil does not accidentally fly off). Send the dessert to the freezer.
