Pears with vanilla for winter

Preserve the taste of ripe pears for the whole winter. In winter, say thank you to yourself! Ease of preparation Since, unlike apples, pears are not stored for a long time, I made it a rule to make pear blanks for the winter.

The recipe for harvesting pears for the winter is very simple and many will like it.
I will immediately make a reservation that these ingredients are designed for one three-liter jar. Moreover, the total number of pears depends on their size.
Fruits are mine, we cut off the roots.
We lay pears, vanilla and apples, and put the latter in the center of the jar.
We put citric acid to sleep.
Pour boiling water into the jar, wait ten minutes and drain.
After filling half of all the sugar, pour boiling water again and wait for ten minutes.
Fill in the remaining sugar, pour boiling water and put it in a saucepan for sterilization.
We close the cooled cans with lids.
The blanks should be stored in a cool, darkened place.
Finished pears are very similar to fresh fruits. I often use them to make charlotte from pears.
