Step 1:
Mousse products: cottage cheese, cream, gelatin, sugar and blueberries.

We put the mixture into a detachable mold, tamping it tightly. We put it in the refrigerator.

We puree blueberries.

Divide the mass of cottage cheese into 2 parts, and one should be slightly larger than the other. To a smaller part, we mix blueberry puree.
Step 8:
Soak gelatin in water. Combine cream with sugar. Stir until the sugar dissolves. In a saucepan, heat the cream a little and mix them with the swollen gelatin until dissolved.
Step 9:
Add half of the gelatin mixture to each part of the cream.
Step 10:
Remove the base from the refrigerator and spread the cream on it, alternating blue and white.
Step 11:
I covered the top of the cake with white chocolate ganache and decorated the cake with strawberries. For the ganache, I dissolved 100 grams of white chocolate in 100 ml of cream and sent it to cool in the refrigerator for a day, then whipped it with a mixer and spread it on a cake.
