Fruit Canapés
A colorful summer treat! A very light, delicious dessert. I love having guests over, especially because I get the chance to surprise my friends and family with something new and unusual — to make some interesting dish. I pay special attention to fruit, because serving it whole is awkward and cutting it into random pieces isn't always pretty. After thinking it over and weighing the pros and cons, I realized the perfect option would be fruit canapés made with a simple recipe. So how do you make this dessert? Let me tell you.

Cooking method
- Take the fruits listed above (you can change the amounts and varieties to your own liking and your guests' tastes) and wash them thoroughly under running water. Then dry them well with a clean kitchen towel. Core the pears and peaches and cut them into cubes about 2x2 centimeters. Cut the bananas and kiwi into small pieces too, about the same size as the pear and peach cubes. Now take skewers (wooden or plastic, plain or decorative) and thread the pieces of fruit onto them, alternating them however you like. Enjoy your sweet treat!
