Once you have finished frying the cutlets, fry the onion in the same pan, cut into cubes, half rings or less.
Dilute the tomato paste with water and pour it into the frying pan, stirring. Bring to a boil. Add the squeezed garlic, spices and salt here. At the very end, add chopped fresh herbs.
That's it, tomato sauce can be served with cutlets.
