Cooking method
1. Prepare the dressing for the dish. Pour fresh orange and grapefruit juice into the blender bowl. Also pour lemon juice, add olive oil and honey. Season with Dijon mustard and soy sauce. Ginger is cleaned, grated. We put the resulting gruel in the bowl of a blender with the rest of the ingredients. And now we mix all the ingredients at minimum power. Refueling is ready!
2. Let's cook the chicken. My breasts are washed under running water, dried with paper towels. Rub them with salt and pepper from all sides. Fry in a frying pan or on the grill on both sides until cooked. This is about 5 minutes on each side. Then let the meat cool down a little.
3. While the chicken cools down, let's do the fruit. Peel the orange, divide it into slices. Cut each slice in half. Strawberries are washed, we remove the stems. We cut each berry into plates. The rings of canned pineapple are cut into 4 parts, after draining the liquid from them. We put the blueberries in a colander, wash them under running water. Leave for 5 minutes to drain all the water. Lettuce leaves are washed, dried. Put all the prepared ingredients in a bowl: orange, strawberry, pineapple, lettuce leaves, blueberries.
4. Walnuts are dried in a dry frying pan or in the oven until a subtle aroma appears. It will only take 1-2 minutes. Coarsely chop nuts. Sprinkle them on the fruit mix. Mix it up. Then we pour all this with a fragrant dressing prepared earlier.
5. Cut chicken breasts into pieces. We lay out the fruit mix on serving plates, and put the chicken on top. We serve it on the table without delay.
Bon appetit!
