Pan-Fried Syrniki with Apple, Vanilla, and Cinnamon

  1. Step 1:

    Mix the cottage cheese, eggs, sugar, vanilla, and a pinch of salt. Peel the apple, core it, and cut it into small cubes. Add the apple to the cottage cheese, stir, add the flour, and stir again.

    With wet hands, shape the cottage cheese mixture into balls and roll them in flour.

    Fry on one side over medium heat (preheat the skillet with oil first), then flip, lower the heat, and cover with a lid.

    I serve them with sour cream to my little ones :)
