  • For this recipe, take a large pineapple and remove its top and core. Peel an apple and cut it into cubes; bake one portion of the apple cubes in the microwave, and fry the other portion in a hot pan. Once the apples have browned a bit, add stevia, and as soon as the apples release their juice, add the raspberries. Then, after stirring a little, add the hazelnuts, cashews and almonds crushed in a mortar to the sauce. Mix everything thoroughly. Take a pear, a peach and a mango, and peel them.
  • Then cut the peeled fruit into cubes. Halve a few grapes and remove the seeds. After that, mix all the chopped fruit together and pile it into the pineapple "basket." Then add the apples you baked earlier in the microwave, and pour the prepared sauce over the top. The Thai "Bangkok" salad is ready! This Thai dish was a hit with all my friends for its pleasant, delicate flavor. It takes half an hour at most to make, but it's a real treat.
