Cooking method
Pineapple food can be sweet and salty. Because pineapples and bananas are used in culinary recipes both as vegetables and as fruits. This is the peculiarity of these tropical fruits. The salad I want to offer you is salty. And one of its ingredients is bacon.
Put the bacon in a deep bowl, pour a little water, and cook until a uniform light brown color. Then we drain the water, crumble the bacon into small pieces and set aside.
Pour pineapple juice, red wine vinegar, pepper oil and salt into a jar with a lid. We close the jar tightly with a lid and shake everything until a uniform color.
Finely chop lettuce leaves, pineapple cubes, nuts, green onions, add bacon to the same place. Pour the prepared sauce and toss it in a bowl for a while so that the sauce evenly impregnates all the ingredients.
Put in a salad bowl and sprinkle with coconut flakes. This salad is good in itself as an appetizer. The portion is designed for six people.
