Cottage Cheese Fritters with Strawberries and Strawberry Sauce
Tender, fragrant fritters studded with pieces of strawberry—they'll win you over! Kids and grown-ups alike love them, and drizzled with strawberry sauce they practically melt in your mouth. A great breakfast idea since they come together quickly and easily, but they're just as good for dessert.

Step 1:
Here are our ingredients. Wash the strawberries.

Press the cottage cheese through a sieve or blitz it in a blender, whichever you prefer.

Add the eggs, sugar, and flour...

...and mix well until there are no lumps.

With wet hands, shape the fritters.

Fry them in vegetable oil on both sides until golden brown.

Cut 6–8 strawberries into a deep bowl.

...and blend into a purée.

Press the purée through a sieve—that's our sauce for the fritters.

Arrange the fritters on a plate, overlapping them...
