Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Our ingredients. Wash the strawberries.
Step 2:
Grind cottage cheese through a sieve or blender, as you like.
Step 3:
Add eggs,sugar, flour...
Step 4:
Knead well so that there are no lumps.
Step 5:
Form cheese cakes with wet hands.
Step 6:
Fry in vegetable oil on both sides until golden brown.
Step 7:
In a deep bowl, cut 6-8 strawberries.

Fall asleep with powdered sugar...
Step 9:
... and turn it into a puree with a blender
Step 10:
We grind the puree through a sieve - this will be our sauce for cheesecakes.
Step 11:
We overlap the cheesecakes on a plate...
Step 12:
Cut the remaining strawberries into slices and spread them on top of the cheesecakes

Pour our syrup and decorate with leaves...
