- You'll need tartlet shells for this dish — buy them at the store if you don't want to make your own (or just don't feel like it). First, put the cheese in a skillet and melt it. Finely chop the garlic and stir it into the cheese, then add the lemon juice and toss in the shrimp. Stirring, let the mixture cook for 4–5 minutes, then pour in the wine. A few minutes later, take it off the heat. Fill the tartlet shells with the cheese sauce while it's still warm. Cut the tomato into small pieces, chop the fresh lettuce leaves, and garnish the tartlets with them. The shrimp tartlets are ready to serve — enjoy!
