This recipe from English cuisine got into my hands thanks to a good friend of mine who loves to cook dishes of different nations. She shared this recipe during another visit to our house. The very next day, I cooked these Meat sausages with scrambled eggs for my household. It is recommended to use field mushrooms for this, although I think any mushrooms will do. Wash the tomatoes, remove the core and make an incision on top with a cross. We wash the champignons, clean them and put them on a baking sheet. Add sliced meat sausages there. We cut the blood sausages approximately 2 cm each, and also put them on a baking sheet. All these ingredients are salted, peppered and rubbed with olive oil. Bake the entire contents of the baking tray on the grill for about 4-5 minutes. While all this is baking, we take the bacon and cut them into a thin layer. Add the bacon and keep it on the grill again until the bacon melts. Beat the eggs with a mixer, add salt, pepper and milk, and beat again. We put the frying pan on the fire, heat the butter and fry the chatterbox in this oil. We lubricate the toasts with olive oil, spread the ready-made scrambled eggs on them. We put sausages, bacon, fried eggs on toast, one tomato and a mushroom on a plate. Pour all this with any sauce. It turns out exactly 5 servings. Here is such a delicious meal in just half an hour.
