A traditional Italian dish for anyone who loves to eat well! This recipe of authentic Italian cuisine will satisfy even the most discerning gourmet's appetite. A little patience, and you'll get to enjoy amazing pasta with Bolognese sauce!
Cooking method
-
Step 1:
How do you make pasta Bolognese with ground meat? Let's mix up your menu a little with a dish of Italian cuisine.
-
Step 2:
First, heat the oil in a deep, large pot, add the diced onion, and fry it until translucent. Add the ground meat and fry until done, stirring.
-
Step 3:
Pour in the wine and simmer the mixture until the smell of alcohol is gone. Add the seasonings (salt, pepper, paprika, oregano).
-
Step 4:
Add the canned tomatoes, chili, honey, tomato paste, and minced garlic. Mash the tomatoes with a spoon, and when the mixture boils, turn the heat down.
-
Step 5:
Cook for over two hours, until the sauce is smooth and thick. Its aroma will be impossible to resist!
-
Step 6:
To make the pasta, boil 1 quart of water per 100 g of spaghetti, and add olive oil and salt. Cook the pasta for about 10 to 12 minutes, then drain it in a colander and rinse with cold water — that cools it and gives it a richer flavor. Melt the butter in a pot and reheat the cooled spaghetti.
-
Step 7:
Grate the Parmesan.
-
Step 8:
Now just put the pasta on a plate, pour the sauce over it, sprinkle with grated Parmesan, and garnish with finely chopped basil. You and your guests will appreciate all the charms of this delicious recipe! Enjoy!
- We all cook various pasta dishes — spaghetti, or as it's called in Italy, pasta. They're tasty on their own, of course, but you'll agree that pasta Bolognese with ground meat is much more aromatic and interesting. I'd suggest you note this simple recipe and make it some Sunday morning in a quiet, relaxed setting, without rush or fuss. Soak up the atmosphere of Italy with this wonderful dish, which I'm sure will become one of your favorites. I used to order this pasta at a restaurant that specializes in Italian food. Now I make it myself at home, which I'm very proud of! You can make it for lunch or dinner for the whole family and for unexpected guests.
