Step 1:

Chop walnuts.

Chop dried apricots, pitted dates, prunes in a blender. It can be passed through a meat grinder.
Step 4:
Combine dried fruits, flour and nuts.
Step 5:
Mix well until smooth.
Step 6:
Put the mixture into a parchment-lined mold (Ø 18 cm), spread evenly over the bottom and tamp well.
Step 7:
Put the cake in the refrigerator.
Step 8:
Cream.
Step 9:
Pour water into the agar, stir, bring to a boil and cook, stirring, for half a minute.
Step 10:
Peel bananas and mash them quickly with a fork.
Step 11:
Combine bananas with applesauce
Step 12:
Pour cocoa.
Step 13:
Beat with a mixer until smooth.
Step 14:
With constant whipping, pour boiling agar into the fruit and chocolate puree. Continue whisking for another 1-2 minutes until the cream thickens slightly.
Step 15:
Put the finished cream on the cake and smooth it out.
Step 16:
Put the cake in the refrigerator for 5-7 hours.
Step 17:
Use a hot knife to run along the sides of the mold and remove the cooking ring.
Step 18:
Before serving, sprinkle the cake with cocoa and decorate with dried apricots and prunes.
