Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
All products must be at room temperature. We take out the oil in advance, a few hours in advance. Tangerines should be thoroughly cleaned of white film and streaks and divided into slices. Dried fruits are crushed if necessary, pour alcohol for several hours.
Step 2:
Now we need to caramelize the tangerines. Fry them in butter, sprinkled with powdered sugar, on both sides, until lightly browned.
Step 3:
These should be the tangerine slices.
Step 4:
Remove from the pan into a plate.
Step 5:
Put dried fruits together with alcohol in a frying pan and evaporate over low heat, stirring.
Step 6:
We put it in a bowl. We cool everything down.
Step 7:
Now let's do the test. Beat the softened butter with sugar and vanilla, add the eggs one at a time, beating until we get a foamy homogeneous mass.
Step 8:
Add flour mixed with salt and baking powder, mix gently with a spatula.
Step 9:
Add spices, mix.
Step 10:
Add nuts and dried fruits in turn.
Step 11:
Mix with a silicone spatula. It turns out a fairly thick dough.
Step 12:
Grease the bottom and sides of the saucepan with oil, cover the bottom with a circle of baking paper or a silicone mat. We spread the third part of the dough, half of the tangerines on it.
Step 13:
Then the second layer of dough and tangerines again.
Step 14:
Close with the remaining dough and put the saucepan in the slow cooker.
Step 15:
Turn on the Baking mode for an hour and a half. After the slow cooker squeaks, we do not open the lid for 10-15 minutes. Here is such a cupcake turns out.
Step 16:
We tip it onto the dish, remove the paper. Cover with a lid or bowl and put away in a cool place for at least 12 hours, or better-for a day.
Step 17:
After that, decorate with powdered sugar, tangerine slices and orange peel. You can generally arrange a fiery extravaganza-pour rum and set it on fire. Fantastic sight!
Step 18:
We invite everyone to the table and cut our wonderful cupcake. Happy holidays!
