Step 1:
How to make an Evening salad with mushrooms and Korean carrots? Prepare the products for salad preparation. The salad is made from boiled, fried or smoked chicken, I take the breast, but you can take any fillet of thighs or shin. Prunes need to be soaked in warm water beforehand. Cucumbers are fresh. You can buy carrots in Korean, or you can cook them yourself at home. Prepare the salad dishes.
Step 2:
Fresh mushrooms champignons (you can use frozen ones as well) are cleaned of debris and remnants of the earth, washed under running water. Do not coarsely chop mushrooms and onions, fry in vegetable oil until cooked, stirring constantly. During frying, add a little salt to the mushrooms.
Step 3:
Peel the chicken (I don't add the skin to the salad), remove the bones if they are still left and cut into small cubes. Put the chopped chicken in the selected salad bowl. Lightly coat the layer with chicken mayonnaise.
Step 4:
Mushrooms fried with onions to cool. Put the next layer of champignons with onions. This layer can also be smeared with a small amount of mayonnaise.
Step 5:
Finely chop the steamed prunes and put them in a salad bowl on top of a layer with fried mushrooms. Here I don't smear the layer with mayonnaise.
Step 6:
Wash fresh cucumbers, dry and cut off the tips. Cut the cucumbers into small cubes and put them on top of the prunes in a salad. Coat the layer with cucumbers with mayonnaise.
Step 7:
On top of the layer with cucumbers, lay out the carrots evenly in Korean. The salad is ready and it can be decorated with fresh herbs, cucumbers or just beautifully put carrots in the top layer of the salad.
Step 8:
Cool the finished salad before serving. It can be served in a common salad bowl, or you can offer a portion serving using a serving ring.
This salad will be a great addition to hot potato and vegetable dishes. There are not many ingredients in it, but they all fit together very well. The salad turns out delicious, juicy, harmonious and a little spicy. I recommend adding the recipe of this salad to the menu of the upcoming holiday.
