Salad for weight loss with raw beetroot without dressing

Delicious and healthy salad for weight loss and healthy eating! Salad with raw beetroot helps to cleanse the intestines and lose weight. Eat it 3 times a day for 2 days in a row and you will cleanse the body of all excess and lose up to 2.5 kg in 2 days! The salad is also served with meat dishes or side dishes.

Cooking method

Cooking time: 10 min

1 Chop the cabbage and mash it slightly to let the juice flow.
2 Carrot, beetroot (raw!), apple cut into strips. I used a special grater.
3 Mix all the ingredients and season with the juice of half a lemon. If desired, you can add olive oil.
