From sticks of good quality, you can make stuffed tubes: unfold them and stuff them with something, for example, put a sprat and greens. Take these - they are tastier and better.

    My fresh cucumber, cut off the tips and cut into small cubes. I like greenhouse smooth cucumbers more - one is enough, if cucumbers are ordinary, then we take two. Check the cucumbers before slicing to make sure that the skin is not bitter. Otherwise, it will need to be cut off.

    Hard-boiled eggs for 10 minutes. You need to put them in boiling water with the addition of salt. So they are easier to clean. Put the finished eggs in a bowl with cold water and let them cool completely. You can leave them under running water for a while to cool down as soon as possible. If possible, use the eggs of domestic chickens for the salad - these eggs have a bright yolk and they taste better.
