Step 1:
Let's prepare the ingredients for a non-useful dough according to the list, there are not many of them and they will always be found by every caring housewife. Pour warm water (heated to 36 degrees) into a glass, add sugar and a tablespoon of wheat flour.
Step 2:
Stir the ingredients so that the sugar is completely dissolved, the flour is dispersed. Add dry yeast, if desired, you can use live yeast. Stir the mixture to make the yeast disperse. Put the glass with the mixture in a warm place for 15 minutes. A warm place can be called a place near the radiator or an oven at a temperature of 40 degrees.
Step 3:
If the yeast is of good quality and everything is done correctly, a yeast "cap" should appear on the surface of the mixture, which means that the yeast has been activated. Pour the yeast mixture into a deep bowl. Pour in vegetable oil, add salt. Mix it up.
Step 4:
Sift wheat flour. It is better to do this repeatedly. Flour needs to be saturated with oxygen to improve the quality of products from the prepared dough. Pour wheat flour in batches into a bowl with liquid and knead the dough. First, mix the dough with a spoon in a bowl, when it becomes difficult to mix. Spread the dough on the floured work surface and continue kneading.
Step 5:
The dough should gather into a ball, become smooth, elastic, stop sticking to your hands. Put the ball of dough in a bowl, cover the bowl with a towel on top and put it back in a warm place for forty minutes. After the specified time, the dough should come up, knead it and let it rise again.
Step 6:
We knead the dough and proceed to the preparation of baking from the unpalatable dough. It is necessary to bake products from an unsuitable dough immediately, do not stand, otherwise the blanks from such a dough will be covered with a dry crust on top, and baking will not work.
