Step-by-step cooking
Put the berries in a mold, sprinkle with sugar and add brandy.
Leave for an hour.
Pour the proteins into a bowl, pour in lemon juice, beat to a thick foam, adding powdered sugar at the end.
Close the berries with proteins and put them in a preheated 250 degree oven for 4-5 minutes.
Decorate the dish with lingonberries if desired.
Serve the meringues hot.
