Cooking method
1. Fill the beans with cold water and leave overnight. In the morning, the swollen beans are boiled until ready for an hour, after the broth is not drained.
2. My tongue, put it in a saucepan of a suitable size, pour water and cook for 2.5 hours. During cooking, do not forget to remove the foam.
3. Carrots, onions, garlic and celery are cleaned. Carrots are cut into thin strips, onions are diced, garlic is passed through a press. Fry the vegetables in vegetable oil for 5 minutes, then add finely chopped celery and tomato paste, fry for another 2 minutes.
4. Filter the broth through a sieve and return to the fire. We put the tongue in a container with cold water, then remove the skin from it.
5. Peel the potatoes, wash them, cut them into cubes and put them in boiling broth, cook for 5 minutes.
6. We put fried vegetables in the soup, as well as beans together with the broth, add bay leaf and pepper, salt, cook for another 5 minutes.
7. My cauliflower, divide into inflorescences, put in soup and cook for 4-5 minutes.
8. Dill and parsley are washed, cut not very finely. We cut the tongue into thin plates.
Pour the soup into portions, put pieces of tongue in each and sprinkle with herbs.
