Cooking method
1. First of all, cook the beef broth - fill the meat with water, put it on the stove and cook on low heat for about 1 hour. At the end, add salt.
2. While the broth is cooking, cut the prepared kidneys into strips and fry in butter over medium heat until browned. At this time, peel and chop the onion, slice the cucumbers. When the kidneys are fried, add onions and cucumbers to them and fry, stirring occasionally, until the onions are ready.
3. Peel the potatoes and put them whole in the broth. Put fried kidneys with cucumbers and onions, olives and chopped sausages and ham in the same place. Cook for half an hour.
4. Remove the potatoes and beef from the broth. Turn the potatoes into mashed potatoes and, with constant stirring, return to the soup. Cut the meat into portions and also put it in the soup. Add spices and salt to taste. Boil for another 15 minutes, let it brew.
5. Serve with lemon and herbs.
