Cute salad for diligent housewives. An unusually refreshing New Year's Surprise salad. Last year I tried it at a friend's house, I really liked it.

Put the salad in the refrigerator so that it freezes well.

Put out the halves of frozen plums on low heat in a frying pan with oil, pepper, spices, salt. Simmer for seven minutes under the lid. Then cool down.

Flip the salad onto a wide and flat dish.

Cover the top of the salad with plums, decorate with yellow pepper straws, mayonnaise, herbs.
