Cooking method
I propose to cook a very delicious salad called "Cobweb" today.
To begin with, we will prepare all the necessary ingredients. Boil the chicken breast fillet in lightly salted water for 15-20 minutes. To cook faster, you can cook the fillet by cutting it into several pieces beforehand. We cook the eggs in a steep. To do this, cook for 18 minutes after the water boils. We leave everything to cool down.
Let's do onions and mushrooms. Cut the onion into small cubes. And fry in a frying pan in vegetable oil. Cut the champignons into thin pieces, but they can be larger than onions. When the onion has become soft and yellow, pour the chopped mushrooms into the pan and fry all together until tender, about 15 minutes. Salt and pepper. As a result, there should be no water left in the pan. Remove from the heat and leave to cool.
You will need a flat dish for the salad. Before you put the first layer on the dish, put a mayonnaise mesh on the bottom. So the bottom layer of the salad will not crumble when you take it from a common plate.
Lay out the chicken in the first layer. To do this, it must be finely chopped.
We spread the cooled mushrooms with onions on the chicken. Then we will smear mayonnaise on top.
The next layer will lay out the carrots in Korean. We will need long pieces for decoration at the end, so we postpone them.
Finely chop the eggs and put them on the carrots. Now it is necessary to lubricate with mayonnaise not only the top layer, but also the entire salad. Slightly pressing down, we form a slide.
Grate the cheese on a medium grater. And in the process of rubbing, so that the cheese does not stick together and is airy, sprinkle the salad on all sides.
We make a "cobweb" from the left strips of carrots. A spider can be made from olives and peas. The Cobweb salad is ready.
The taste of the salad turns out to be exquisite, filled. Instead of a spider, the salad can be decorated with a green leaf of parsley. Then he will be able to safely take a place on any festive table. The products used in the salad are always readily available, so you can cook it all year round.
Personally, my family and I really like the salad.
