Step 1:
How to make a salad with squid and red caviar? We prepare products for the preparation of a festive salad.
Step 2:
Chop onions and grate carrots on a fine grater.
Step 3:
Put the onions and carrots in a frying pan heated on the stove and passeruem until smooth. We put the fried vegetables in a cup.
Step 4:
Cut the peeled and washed champignons and fry them with the addition of vegetable oil in a frying pan. We put the fried champignons in a plate.
Step 5:
Finely chop the squid boiled for three minutes in salted water and put it on a plate.
Step 6:
Chop the greens to the salad. Grate two boiled chicken eggs on a fine grater.
Step 7:
We put 200 grams of boiled rice in a bowl.
Step 8:
Add mayonnaise to rice and mix well.
Step 9:
Lubricate the inside of the mold with vegetable oil, put on lettuce leaves laid out in a plate, then fill the mold with the first layer of rice and seal.
Step 10:
We spread the fried champignons on the rice and add mayonnaise on top.
Step 11:
We spread squid on the champignons and, pressing down with a fork, distribute it according to the shape.
Step 12:
Spread the browned carrots and onions on top of the squid and also distribute them according to the shape, add a little mayonnaise.
Step 13:
Grated chicken eggs spread on carrots with onions and add greens on top.
Step 14:
Remove the mold from our salad and spread a layer of red caviar on top.
Step 15:
Gorgeous, delicious and beautiful festive salad is ready to eat!
