Cooking method
1. We sort out the cherry berries and wash them through a colander.
2. We cook the syrup, for this we add sugar to the water and boil it. We lower the berries into the boiling syrup, remove the foam and cook over low heat for about 10 minutes.
3. We put cherries in sterilized jars. In the syrup, we dilute vodka or cognac and pour it into jars.
4. Roll up the jars and turn them upside down.
Cover and leave until cool.
