Ear of terpug

Delicious and healthy fish soup. Cook and make your family happy! My loved ones, and especially children, are not too big fans of soups. But the ear is a completely different matter! :) We cook it, perhaps, more often than any other liquid dishes. And we really like to experiment with different types of fish. Today I propose to cook soup from terpug!

Cooking method

Cooking time: 1 h

To begin with, we will prepare the fish: we will gut and clean it from the scales. I leave the heads and fins - with them the ear turns out to be more rich. If you have a large fish, you can cut it into several pieces.

Put a pot of water on the fire. And we proceed to the preparation of the remaining ingredients:

- potatoes are washed, cleaned and cut into medium pieces;

- carrots are also washed and cleaned, after which we cut it into cubes;

- peel and finely chop the onion;

- millet is thoroughly washed with running water.

We lower the carrots into the boiling water, cook for 10 minutes. Then we put potatoes and onions, as well as lavrushka and allspice. At this stage, you need to put salt to taste.

Cook everything together for another 10 minutes (almost until the potatoes are ready). Then we put fish and millet in the broth. Cook everything together for 5 minutes.

Turn off the heating, add ground black pepper and dill, finely chopped.

Bon appetit!
