Step-by-step cooking

Cooking time: 10 min
  1. Step 1:

    Step 1.

We will need beetroot, apple, sour cream, granulated sugar and lemon juice.Juice can be sold ready-made, but it's easier to buy a lemon. Yes, let me remind you: beetroot is boiled. And to what extent is your choice.

  2. Step 2:

    Step 2.

Peel the beets and chop them with cubes. If someone has a thought about a grater ..forget it, because the salad will become mushy, less beautiful and lose in taste perception.

  3. Step 3:

    Step 3.

Now the apple: it is more convenient to cut into quarters and then cut out the bones. And now three apples on a large grater. Personally, I do not peel the apple, the skin itself remains at the end.

  4. Step 4:

    Step 4.

Then combine the chopped beetroot and grated apple. And mix it up. I would venture to say that I like to do it with a fork.

  5. Step 5:

    Step 5.

Now it's the turn to lemon juice. It was easier for me to find a lemon. It wasn't big and it didn't take all of it (you can see it in the photo). Pour lemon juice over our beetroot and apple mixture. And mix it up.

  6. Step 6:

    Step 6.

Now it's quite simple: take and add sour cream.I'll just remind you - only half of your sour cream is put into the salad, and the other half will be used later. We send a pinch of granulated sugar (or to taste) to the same place and mix everything.

  7. Step 7:

    Step 7.

And the final touch: we spread our second half of sour cream on top of the salad....Everything.... Bon appetit!!!

Boiled beetroot was used for this salad, but try not to cook it almost.Maybe in the future you will do so.You can take any apples. It is probably worth adding that when preparing this salad, it is not necessary to strictly adhere to these grams. The main thing is that there should be more apples than beets and still stick to the proportions.
