Step 1:
Prepare the ingredients for the dressing. Fresh herbs are good here, but their dried versions are more versatile.
Step 2:
Squeeze out the lemon juice. If the lemon is large, take half.

Add olive oil to the lemon juice. The oil needs unrefined first pressing.
Step 4:
Add herbs to the oil and mix. The dressing for homemade Greek salad is ready.
Step 5:
To make a delicious Greek salad, coarsely chop the cucumbers.
Step 6:
Add coarsely chopped bell pepper to the cucumbers.
Step 7:
Cut tomatoes into large cubes.
Step 8:
Add the pitted olives to the vegetables and mix.
Step 9:
Put the vegetables on the lettuce leaves.
Step 10:
Cut the cheese into cubes.
Step 11:
Carefully put the cheese on the salad. Tofu cheese is used for vegan salad. It is also diced and pre-marinated either in salad dressing or in soy sauce.
