Homemade Greek Salad Dressing

A fragrant, tangy dressing everyone loves! This dressing won't let down any Greek salad. It smells of an olive grove, a lemon orchard, and a Mediterranean meadow. And you can make it - and the salad itself - easily, without ever leaving your apartment in temperate (and far-from-coastal) latitudes.
