Step-by-step cooking
Marinade can be used not only to prepare fillets of raw fish for further processing, but also for fried or baked fish. This marinade will emphasize the taste of fish and give a special piquancy!
Onion and garlic need to be finely chopped. Pour wine, vinegar into a small saucepan, add chopped garlic and onion, rosemary, bay leaf and boil everything together for two minutes. Add chopped parsley and basil to the marinade. Another hot marinade should be filled with pre-fried fish, add lemon slices, and when it cools down, serve to the table.
