Step 1:
Ingredients. Let's meet the next summer with a large pot in which cold beetroot soup will be waiting for us, because it is this food that perfectly quenches thirst and pleasantly cools in the summer heat.

We will thoroughly rinse the beetroot under running water.

We will put the beetroot to cook, having cut off the tops beforehand. Half an hour will be enough. In a saucepan with beets during cooking, squeeze out half a lemon, its juice is simply necessary for beets. Remove the finished broth from the stove and salt while hot. And add a spoonful of sugar. We will catch the beetroot and leave it to cool.

Meanwhile, let's put a couple of eggs to boil and cut cucumbers and radishes into thin strips. =

Peel the cooled beets and rub them on a fine grater. Hard-boiled eggs will undergo the same procedure.
